  1. What kind of services do you provide?
    We are providing a very comprehensive range of commercial and residential cleaning services. We have been working with landlords, letting agents, private tenants, providing high quality service and professional cleaning solutions for any size private homes, offices, shops, pubs, restaurants, small hotels and many more.


  1. What are your working hours?

Our cleaning teams work seven days a week at very flexible hours. We start at 8.00 am on weekdays and 9 am on weekends and holidays. We try to be as flexible as possible. We recommend that you give us 24 hours notice, if you have a specific date in mind, so that we can adjust our tme schedules.


  1. Do you work on Weekends and Holidays?
    Most of our professional cleaners don’t mind working on Saturday and Sunday. A Professional service can be arranged for Holidays, or in an emergency – at night, at no extra charge


  1. Is your staff insured and vetted?
    Our company is fully insured, as well as are all our professional cleaners. Our cleaning technicians are all vetted check and very well trained. All of our cleaners have personal references.


  1. Do I have to be home during the cleaning?
    All our cleaners are absolutely reliable, but at the beginning, it would be best if you can be there to open to the cleaner and to expose your specific requirements. At the end you can inspect the premises and lock your front door. You are more than welcome to stay during the whole cleaning process.

For regular domestic cleaning we will send you the same cleaner every time. You can give her a key if you prefer, though it is not necessary.



  1. Do you provide cleaning / janitorial supplies?
    We will provide all necessary cleaning equipment for the services: End of Tenancy, Pre-Tenancy, Windows and After builders Cleaning, as well as professional Carpet and Upholstery Steam or Dry Cleaning.
    For Regular Domestic service, like washing, ironing, hovering, washing-up we usually do not provide the cleaning equipment. However, if you require, we would be happy to supply all necessary equipment (at a small extra fee).


  1. What notice do you need in order to book a cleaning appointment?
    It would be best if you could book your service in at least 3 to 5 days in advance in order to be sure we would have available assistant on the given date and at the requested hour. You can specify not only the day for cleaning but also other services you require, and we will make every effort to meet your requirements. We try to be as flexible as possible.


  1. Do I have to pay anything extra apart from your quoted price for the job?
    Our quoted price includes all taxes, agency fees and services. The only charges that might be charged additionally to the quoted price are:
    – congestion, if your site address is in Kingston congestion charge area;
    – parking fees, if you are not able to provide a free parking space for the cleaners’ van.


  1. Do you have a cancellation fee or a deposit?
    We do not have a cancellation fee, nor a deposit. We are proud of being very flexible providing our services. We would only ask you for a reasonable notice of change or cancellation as far in advance as possible, so that we can adjust our schedules.
